We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as when you place an order with DBK. We may combine this information with other information that we have collected about you. Do We Collect Data Automatically?

When you access and use DBK websites we typically automatically collect information about what device you are using, including: IP Address, web browser, local time, operating system, and device identifier. We associate this information with your order. We also use cookies to keep track of your session on our website while you browse. These cookies expire after a certain period of time, they are not shared with any other websites or entities unless legally obligated to do so.

Order Information

In order to place an order with us you must provide us with your Name, Shipping Address, Billing Address, Telephone Number, E-mail Address, and payment information, such as your credit card number, credit card expiration date, card security code, and billing address.

Outside of Shipping and Payment processing we do not intend on sharing your information with anyone else.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

While connected to DBK websites we utilize SSL encryption. This means once you connect to our site, all traffic between us and you are protected with SSL encryption provided by our SSL provider. You may visit our Certificate Authority COMODO RSA at https://www.comodo.com.

Only authorized users have access to your PII, and once your payment has been processed your credit card number is redacted and removed from our system except for the last 4 digits so that we may refer back to that payment method at a later date.

Data Retention

We hold on to your PII data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. That is, we keep your data while you are a customer. If you wish to have your data removed from our systems please contact us at sales@designsbyking.com and let us know.

Data Breaches

Should a data breach occur we will notify affected customers that have been affected with details of what data was breached.

Children

DBK does not sell products intended for purchase by children. Youth-oriented products are sold for purchase by adults only. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use DBK websites in the presence of a consenting parent or guardian. We will not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13. DBK is committed to protecting the welfare and privacy of children.

California Rules

If you are a California Resident and have established a business relationship with us, per CalOPPA you may submit a request to us to obtain certain information regarding our disclosure of your personal information within the immediately preceding calendar year to third parties for direct marketing purposes (we don’t use them so you won’t be getting any data back, just so you know). If you want to request this information please contact us via email at sales@designsbyking.com and add CalOPPA request to the subject line.

Data Protection Officer

If you want to know what information we have about you, please email us at sales@designsbyking.com and we can screenshot our page about you. This information will be limited to your PII, such as your address, phone and email address, your payment method, and the last 4 of your credit card number if you used one. We can also provide you a copy of your last invoice if you need it.
